Peppered Gizzard for the Motivation

Remember the gizzard that got left over from this meal? Well, this is what I made over it. Good old ever loved peppered gizzard.

I got the recipe off 9jafoodie's blog so you can just get it there. It tasted absolutely delicious! The only difference I made was to pulse the pepper mix while blending and not a smooth blend. You should try it too.
